Standard shipping is free when you spend HKD 500 or more. Pricing for shipping for all other orders is included in the table below. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
We want you to love your Nuria purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and include your name, address, order number and the reason you are unhappy with your purchase. One of our customer services representatives will be happy to help you with a refund or exchange.
Returns & Refunds
To return or exchange your Product(s), please email us at [email protected] with your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to exchange or return. If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another Nuria product, refunding or charging the difference. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Note, we accept products for returns and exchanges only if requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).
Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges and your cost of returning the Product(s) are not refunded. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
